Pamporovo Ski Resort & Snezhanka Area

Pamporovo is a compact ski resort in the central Rhodopes, with groomed pistes radiating from Snezhanka peak and its TV tower. In winter it serves mostly Bulgarian and Balkan visitors, while in summer lifts give access to easy ridge walks and bike trails. The surrounding forests feel gentler and greener than the sharper granite of Rila and Pirin.
